Pls i need help My pc freeze like i cant use the arrow and keyboard in the middle of anything and, crushes and sometimes shows (DRIVER_STATE_FAILURE) the blue screen. I tried more than 5 videos on YouTube and the problem is still there, any soln pls before i pay for maintenance?
Aug 26, 2024download windows from Microsoft and install it like you install any other software, but it'll give you options to keep your files and apps ,in your case i think its better to keep the files and get rid of the apps so choose the option to keep your files and remove apps and install after installation is finished windows(if its 10 or more) it self will update drivers if you are connected to wifi. (you can also try online driver pack)
