Hey family, I'm here to ask you if you have encountered this thing. ena I use ethiotelecom sim card, and whenever I recharge my balace after some hours later, it takes the whole birr that i recharged or only left 1 or 2 Birr.Without using internet,txt or call..and i was attempt to communication service providers by calling to 994 but unable to get the them(i mean there's no alternative that makes me to get the them). who experiences dis and got a troubleshoot please tell me
