When I use my Sim on WCDMA(it can only work in sim1 3G) the connection doesn't work and after a while it doesn't call or receive calls but the network is still there,it only works on sim2(just GSM),and I wanna use 3G...please🙏 tell me if u know the solution,how can I make sim1 work...

Oct 08, 2020Try to exchange sim card slots if not work maybe your location is far away from tele tours i mean your area don't support 3G

If your phone has 2 sim slots , try to change the slot of your Sim, may be your phone alow to use 3G only for one sim slot, it was obvious in old smart phones.
