Hello Guys I have no confidence on my self ... even when peoples near me whom i dont know laugh ene lay nw yemimeslegn and this is affecting my life adversely ...so how to cope up with this type of problem?

So don't be afraid even if u make a big mistake u won't be in their mind more than a minute Read books, watch YouTube vidoes on psychology and motivation, it has helped me, it might help try it
