They give you one if you ask them but make sure the branch you ask the statement at has same location as your location on your payoneer account. BUT I personally recommend you to prefer Wise over Payoneer because they are waaaaay better and easier to setup

My friend uses one and from what I understand, the methods change from time to time so just research it when you plan on getting one.
