Guys does anyone know how I can recover my facebook account please? I forgot the password and I couldn’t reset it. It keeps saying we don’t recognize your device like the screenshot above. My old phone is missing and I cannot use it.
Forget password > Enter your email or phone number > check your mail box 📤 or SMS Then they sent you Verification code, afterthat you can set new password
Jul 24, 2024I already tried that. That’s when the above screenshot comes in. It doesn’t allow me to reset it if I am not on a device I previously used even though I have the email and phone number with me… thank you though.
