Selam guys, inside my mind there's thinking I can't control it's negative and insult i am not able to control it's it talks bad things about many things especially religion even if i don't wanna inside mind they insult religion and my mind is not getting peace what is it guys have u even happened to u

Jul 21, 2024It may normal as our mind is so sophisticated organ a variety of idea ior thoughts even weird imaginations keep running through it. If transient i mean only for a brief period let it be. If it keeps to persist good to consult a psychiatrist.

Well how did I manage well I prayed to Jesus several times to save me from this thoughts and I was saved like yemer mine was terrible and terrifying experience. I even had a contingency plan to kill myself before those insult came to my head you know as an option as last card to stop this thoughts, jls it lingered in my head for about year but controlled my thoughts and here I am now but, the only thing that changed is that I never go to churches like ,stopped while ago and also, I have stopped praying yeah that's pretty much it and those guys say religion mnamn I don't know man but you know wish you best luck to get the hell out of this nightmare.🫡
