Hi guys My pc is hp envy x 360 and its new ..ሲገዛ win 11 ነበር ግን passwordን ረስቼው በ win 10 flash boot አደረኩት the problem is the cursor (pointer) isnt visible touch screenum አይሰራም በ keyboard driver setting ላይ ገብቼ ሳየው mice and pointing device የሚለው የለም ..update እንዳላደርገው internet gar connect አያደርግም ....Bios ላይ touchኡ ይሰራል ለዛ የ hardware ችግር አይደለም ..any expertise ?? Jul 20, 2024Download the usb drivers from official hp driver website if they have or download it from driverescape.com just search in google ur pcs model and driverescape it will show up at the top than download essential driver like touch mouse etc then install it one by one in device manager if doesn't work try it with bootable preinstallation os's like HBCD PE, if u need further help dm me.
