Sup AAE fam I just have a law question, what if my brother moved our(my families) property to his own name when they are alive(now they are dead) using delegation law, he probably hijacked my Inheritance, so my question is can i take back what i deserve, if i sue him, please help any related law advice pease 🙏

But the chances are slim, claiming and showing that the property was long belonged to your parents, and if it were kind of donation ask for grounds of invalidation based on duress or fraud, as if its like cutting u out of inheritance....MAY BE

Jul 17, 2024If he transferred property that rightfully belonged to you and your family, you may have legal grounds to challenge the transfer and seek to recover what you are entitled to(but it is conditional). Delegation law may provide some basis for your claim, but the laws of jurisdiction will ultimately determine the outcome. If you have relevant documentation and evidence to support your case MAY BE.
