Basically when you see in the outside they promote themselves as a company that helps you to grow in every aspect of your life (by guiding you) and also make money when you recruit others, teach other so-and-so. However they give you life coaching (self improvement, habits and stuffs) but it's crap 1) self-help industry by itself is some of a "scam" 2) if you need those training you can watch free YouTube videos, read articles or buy a book. Most people will say they run "Pyramid Scheme" but the people involved deny that and instead they say it's "Multi-level marketing". For me those two aren't that much different. They both work by recruiting members by and use some kinda of hierarchy and that hierarchy always ends up making a pyramid shape which benefits the upper one's and hurt the lower end eventually losing money. Usually there might be 2 reasons why you might want to join them. One for improving your life by their lesson and two to make money with their business model, so before you do that think this two things 1) Instead of consuming a lot of self-help try philosophy and religion cuz most self help books and lessons are directly copied from either of the two or choose wisely which books to read (as most of them are crap) 2) before involving into their business and asking them how it works do your own research. start by this video made by James Jani (check out his other videos too they will help you) think twice before wasting your money, energy and time by this kinda of "cults"
