I really like math and I would have loved to major in something that involved more of it so I can be challenged, like engineering. But unfortunately, due to many reasons my only option right now is software engineering, which I hear doesn't involve a lot of math. I hate it. I do not have words to describe how much I'm dreading it. I'm just convinced that I'm going to waste 5 years doing nothing. And this is demotivating me so much. Can anyone give me any advice regarding this?
