i had a question about my brother he was hawassa university freshman student in 2015. After he finished first year the department he got was that he didn't want( logistics ) so he asked and if he can change and they didn't give him an answer so he pay cost sharing of 1 year and transfer to private college so my question is when he go out he didn't fill withdrawal or anything so is there a chance he can try next year by changed the department to sociology or governance , psychology and continued hawassa university with 2016 2nd year students 🤔
