Public speaking like any other skill requires constant practice and dedication. Try enrolling into toastmasters. It's a club merely focused on that. Trust me. It's helpful.

Practice on your own ...if you know what you want to say just flow with it dont dwell on scramming things practice mostly by yourself (mirrors help) and pit yourself out there . you're bound to get used to it ...I did
