The process might be different from institution to institutions. Gin there are two ways to send officials. 1. If the recipient institution is willing to accept the official via email, that is good. In that case u will go to where you earn your degree (registrar) and gave the recipient email to be sent for. And there is official transcript payment which is around 100 birr (might be different from institution to institutions). 2. If the recipient institutions is not willing to accept via email, the institution you earn your degree will sent it via the recipients institutions postal code (takes more time like upto two weeks). In this case u will pay the official transcript payment (like 100 birr) and gave them the recipient postal code. Then the mother institutions will send it.
