68Overthinking depends on who is defining it. What might be a normal thinking for you maybe an over thinking for others. My, I think about everything but I'm also in a group where I can direct my thoughts and say what I'm thinking about and we'll have arguments and they'll let me get to the bottom of my thoughts. If you're in that group I hope you'll use it for something good.
