Yeah i stopped masturbating without supernatural force and u can also stop it. But the question is why u wanna stop masturbating that's the point to stop it? I stopped masturbating cuz i don't feel good after masturbating u know what i mean i feel like guilty or something like that after masturbating so i planned to stop masturbating and i did it. But that was difficult thing for me Thank u

easy trick: everytime u have the urge/want to watch porn or masturbating do 20-30 pushups and by the time you are done you either get tired or lose interest.

Bro why would u stop masturbation it's natural thing and behind the myth it have a lots of important thing like it decreases tension, stress and others. The side effect is when u are masturbating frequently among these swelling of u dick, hardening of the skin and others but these are minor effect. When we come to porn stuff it is totally bad habbit and most guys who see porn are unable to stop watching it. It affects ur life in many ways but if u are struggling to stop it from destroying ur life here are some tips:- 1. The main and the key thing is to believe in yourself that u can stop watching porn. 2. Delete all datas related to porn like videos and pics. 3. Not accessing internet for sometime if u are addicted too much. 4. Installing some anti-porn apps 5. If it too serious start therapy and etc
