Jun 07, 2024It's obvious even for extroverts it is somewhat scary...but what you need to do is practice mirroring before presenting for the class or say it to yourself again and again, and one of the most important thing is the way you make entry to your topic or what's called first impression meaning, if you focus on your first 30-45 seconds and you will be motivated and will do very good throughout your presentation, overall you need to know that's irrational fear....because you don't have any reason to fear and don't mind being judged about how you performed !
