in some way i can relate. sometimes yemasebewn neger like lemsalew ke yehone sew gar i am having converstion in my mind. ena sometimes i found my self talking out loud as if i am talking them in person(ofcourse sew kelele ebet menamn ) maybe yours is intensified gen for foucs yememkreh, to set deadlines new. there is a techninq called promodo . like le 25 kekika becha focus endmtaderg le aymero tengrwen be selkeh seatun tadjmerewla count down. then after 25 min you will rest 5 min. so in this way your mind would not think much instead focus to use that 25 min. you can download a promodo app from play store. or demo simply be aymero seat meyaz jmer like lets say the time now is 7:00 and you will say untill it is 7:10 i need to cover this page manemn ena your mind focus more in that way
