Oct 07, 2020This kind of addiction is hard to stop at all but there are methods where u can decrease the number of time u do it in a week but mainly try avoiding bieng alone cuz that's when the idea of masterbating will come to you. I know it's hard to stop but it a step by step process and never lose hope ok

You can stop it by your self time to time gradually but that won't be easy. So if you're Christian stick with jesus if you ain't he is there waiting to save you.
