May 27, 2024Med graduate adelehum but I was exactly in your situation last year.. I was PC2 medical student when I dropped out and moved abroad to study. Here I am about to finish my first year. I can't say everything has gotten better and also it depends on your personal situation and what kind of study opportunity you have gotten.. what country is it? What are you planning to study? And other factors should be taken into consideration... But for anybody, especially who are people like me who aren't enjoying their life in medical school and can't see themselves working as doctors for the rest of their life, just drop out and take the chance.. even if you couldn't succeed in your school work, moving abroad opens up a lot of doors for you besides studying.. so I highly suggest you to take the chance. But like I said, there are factors you need to take into account. And if you are the kind of person who is enjoying medicine and doing great, then maybe yes it's better to stay here. Wishing u the best on whatever path you choose
