Hey guys So I'm in college but before that I was in a university so I took my grades, paying my cost sharing but when I tried to submit it to the college they said that I should make my university send them directly to them by postal service that means I have to go there again and ask them to do it but it's very far and possibly a war zone so what can I do, are other colleges like this?
