Why do you want to pursue a degree in information systems? Are you detail oriented? Do you enjoy data and technology? Problem solving and analysis yimechishal?….. If it is something you think you would enjoy then you are more likely to work hard in school and thus increase ur chances of getting a job later. Nowadays having technical skills doesn’t guarantee you a job, you also need to develop essential soft skills. Also try to gain work experience by working for people for free or doing your own projects before you graduate…in that way you increase your chances of getting a job or by working remotely. I highly recommend you research about what the jobs in information system entails and see if it is a good match for you and identify if it something that you think u would enjoy. If so, be proactive in college. Getting a Degree by itself in any field of study does not guarantee you a job. Overall, Good Luck! Hope you figure it out
