Just do the bf thing, any male knows that it is for attention. Simply If you text on telegram, just block him and move on. If you know him irl, do something that distract him. Tell him you don't have a time to talk to him, don't call him bla bla. If he still doesn't understand, you can't help than blocking his phone number. But still I'm surprised that how come he failed to understand this. I don't even talk to woman whom If think she was hesitating; unless she replied me back.
