I suggest Computer Engineering Stream. Banks have huge IT departments so with Computer Engineering you can work on Networking, System administration, Database administration, IT support and software development. But I suggest you choose something you are interested in from the streams and not just based on work opportunities. But if you aren't at all interested in Electrical and was forced into it then I understand.
