Is computer science worth it anymore? I always thought it was inevitable that AI will become more advanced but after Devin AI was released I don't know what field to study anymore. What are your thoughts?

Mar 23, 2024Nothing in for certain these days, AI is developing at an extremely rapid pace. But there will still be a need for smart talented human minds in the field of computer science. But for the below average and average computer science students. It will definitely be a struggle. If you’re having trouble learning computer programming languages or you’re getting a 3.0 or under the field is not for you due to its competitive nature. My advice is if you really enjoy CS and tech learn it, you might not be able to compete with the genius people but you’ll still gain knowledge and experience, you might even land a job
