Tonight my cat got out to the streets without us knowing and he got bitten by a dog. His ass(balls) was bleeding and there was a hole on his stomach caused my the dog's teeth. The bleeding stopped but he only can move his front leg, the back aren't moving. He refused to drink milk and he is just laying there staring though air. I'm wondering if he really wants to live like this if he can't recover, I don't know what to do and I'm afraid my parents will get rid of him. By now you might be ready to write a mean comment but please don't and if you have any experience with this stuff please give me an advice.
