It usually depends on the University and course you are choosing. As an example a year or two ago in AAiT (AAU) for structural engineering it was 3.2, while highway I believe was 3.0 or 2.8, and so on. So be sure to check different universities and different courses as there could be a huge difference. Best of luck on your studies.
