Oct 05, 2020based on my experience stress escalates it.when i have presentation/exam or anything that makes me a bit nervous.what i usually do is not looking out side when in motion (looking at trees is another problem).not using a phone/tablet/book when in motion, just be in the moment.finally eating something sweet at the end/during the journey (like chocolate/soft drinks/cookies) that get your blood sugar going. not eating breakfast sometimes helps but the nauseating still persists.there are some drugs you can take but i dont recommend there are plenty of tricks you can try.opening a window, have a lemon to smell to relief the sensitivity and have some distraction (like the radio music people around you/ taking to the cute girl next to you ) bla bla bla

Oct 05, 2020First you need to understand why this is happening. This isn't a disease. It is a normal physiologic response of ur brain.your Brain get's it's stimuli about your body position and motion from your eyes and vestibular systen in the ear.... while traveling in say a taxi....your eyes look in the taxi and other passengers which are stationary and conculde you are not moving...but fliuid in the semicircular canals in your ear detect body mov't while the taxi goes up hill and curve. So the brain get's confused getting 2 mismatching informations... which by default is hallucination. The area posterema of the brain perceive this as poisoning inducing... nausea, vomiting, and fatigueπ³ To stop this 1 ride in the front sit and gaze at the front window 2 chew gum before boarding and continue to do so 3 let fresh air in... faul odor exacerbate nausea 4 close ur eyes (stops ur ocular stimuli) 5 train ur self riding short distances 6 if a long distance is must... use drugs.
