Always! you just accept a certain thought your brain genarates and a certain feeling or emotion your body came up with with out questioning it. u don't ask your brain questions like "Is this my thought or some douche random thought in my brain?" or say like "Is this howi wanna feel or my feeling some random feeling who showed up?"..That's why we're always in trouble👍
