Selam, Any doctor or anyone who knows about kidney please answer this! My friend is living with one kidney for about 16 years. Now the thing is my friend told me that he is suffering pain in his right side when he wakes up every morning for about 1 year( mind you the left kidney is removed) so now he was stressing out please tell me is it related to his right kidney or what??

Jan 31, 2024That right sided pain you just mentioned isn't specific to the kidneys only.It could be the liver ,the bile , the duodenum, the pancrease. So you should characterize the pain? *Is it intermittent (occuring on and off) ? *Where is the exact location of the pain? Does it radiate to some where else also? *Is it related with urine discoloration(red)? *Has the amount of urine decreased? Any thing thats related with pain?
