Im a boy ena let me tell you anyway. Since grade 7, i had a fear of talking to girls. I sweat when i sit with them or talk to them. I have been embarrassed so many times. But yk i did nothing to improve my intimacy with ladies. I have always been running from ladies, i fear them like a beast. Im in grade 12 now and im very comfortable and confident in talking to any lady, because of a singular reason 'embarrasement becomes a confidence when it is cumulated', so be fine in being embarrassed or being laughed at, you will at some point realize all of your fear was just foolishness.
