Hello👋 I booked for IELTS exam online and sent the bank payment slip on Friday on their email, which was within 5 days. But still I've not received confirmation email, and worse today, it even shows my booking as cancelled when I login. I've emailed repeatedly and asked, but I'm only getting automated response. I'm confused😐...anyone who had similar issue please share me ur experience...thank u🙏

Dec 18, 2023Thanks, I did and they told me to book another one and send an email with the new booking reference number together with the bank slip from the old booking(the paid but canceled one). Then as soon as I booked the new test, they activated it immediately with the previous booking details...So everything good now✌️

Please bring the same valid ID/identification document (national identity card or passport) you used when you booked your test. Invalid or expired ID/identification documents will not be accepted."
