Hey guys I am developer and I finished building my app and now am trying to deploy it on play store but there security measure in creating developer account are so huge my question specifically is they use debit or credit card for payment and after the account is created there is also id verification process, my thing is i don't have card methods to pay but i can get that from like sheger cards .... does mismatch in address in my payment detail to my id make my verification process to decline.
