first you have to know that the hearing skill and speaking skill are really different so to improve your hearing skill you should watch different tv programs, films,news etc. but that won't help you to increase your speaking level so that you have to practice speaking by reading books, newspapers that was written by English loudly , talking too much everyday with your self about your daily activities , talking with someone like your are at the shop purchasing something, acting like you are on interview. so using this way you can improve your speaking skill , practice everyday and you will see the result in a few days
