Actually US universities don't consider entrance exam result. The most important thing is your high school transcript. Use commonapp.org. You could also apply directly through the university website. Search more about that. And requirements depend on the university. But generally most if not all of the following are required 1. Transcript 2. International exams such as SAT, GRE... 3. English proficiency exams such as TOEFL, IELTS... 4. Recommendation letters 5. Essays 6. Extracurriculars, awards...
