Nov 18, 2023Depending on the defect, you can get an exchange or your money back. I had a friend in the exact same situation, they said they weren’t exchanging too. But he called his uncle and he settled it for him. Don’t go by yourself, bring your close relative that’s gonna fight for you preferably an adult over 40. If it has a defect it’s your right to get a replacement, especially if the person you bought it from is working with a license.
