Nov 18, 2023Know that it's not gonna last forever. Don't stress yourself by giving it a place in your mind. Cause that's what makes the condition worse. Start studying your patterns, list down things that triggers the situation, develop calming techniques( deep breathing, telling to the mind that nothing is going to happen..)
