Go to settings - network settings- more - mobile networks- preferred network type

Go to setting then select network&Internet button, after that click on mobile network...then click on preferred network type Here there are 3 choices 1. 3G/2G auto 2. 2G only 3. 3G only Here you go... click 3G only check box

1st check if your sim card is 3G or 2G i mean by inserting in other's phone if it's working with 3G the problem is with U r phone maybe setting or phone itself doesn't support 3G if it's not working on other's phone too go for *999# then ye masadeg agelglot...

Call 994 and ask them they will tell you what to do
