This one is for the lawyers of this group. Do I have a chance of winning a lawsuit against a big financial institution with a well funded law department? The things is, I sued them for wrongful termination. The law firm I chose is relatively new and consists of recently graduated lawyers. I chose them because they were the only ones I could afford (Most of the payment comes as a percentage from my winnings if I win). I also have a little bit legal knowledge so I partially know the laws in effect, the precedents and everything. But their lawyers are some of the best in the city. Even in cases they can't win, they're known to drag it for years until the other side can't afford it. And that makes me scared. So lawyers of AAE, do I have a chance?
