Hey guys! It's urgent! Here's the thing. We have our own home and its around sarbet. And a real buyer came yesterday and asked the amount we want to get paid, and we said let us discusss about it because we didn't have any knowledge or information how much houses or lots are traded in Addis Ababa. So my question is how can we estimate the value of our house in terms of money? Is there a governmental or private instituition who consult on this issue? Please if you know anything tell me, the buyers are already decided, they're waiting our answer.
