Treatment of body louse involves: 👉discarding 👉laundering (in hot water)or 👉ironing infested clothing and bedding. ✍️These methods are often sufficient for eradication of the infestation. ✏️For patients who present with a few nits on body hair, we suggest the addition of treatment with permethrin 5% cream, rather than management of bedding and clothing alone
