Hey guys , so I own a dell latitude 7490 pc and everytime i connect the charger cable the pc starts to heat up and the fan makes a loud noise but cools down and the loud noise dissapears after i disconnect the charger . anyone who's familiar with these types of issues , how do u think i should solve it ?

You might have made the gpu run on max mode when using battery, check that and if that doesn't work If you trust your self enough, open up the pc and check your fan, if it needs dusting, as a dirty fan can also be a cause.
