What's up guys I am in personality disorder. I was good boy.good socially to keep in relationship with friends.but now I am dying socially.i am not being able to make friends not worried about boys but girls.when I met with girls via work all I talk is about works.no experience of of relationship.now I am feeling lonely and less confident.i even not speak to neighbors all days when we wet I just say dehna walk dehna aderek for almost 4 months.i can't even speak much with fami over phone.no long conversation on phone with any other people. How can I improve this?
