Don't think like u are depressed... think about the reasons behind,the problems u are facing,the things u want to change about ur life,what things are exactly bothering u??? And then deal with these things...try to find way to live by changing things u can possibly change and accepting things u can't change Life is not easy for anyone ..it had its own ways of making each of us struggle. Don't expect things to be always right. If u really think about it, there are more reasons to live...let these things be ur motivation. And please respect urself... don't do no harm on urself. U are unique. There is noone like u on this earth... isn't that special? So cherish that and live!
Sep 23, 2023Bro don't worry it's not hard , you can get through it! as some one who also struggles in depression you are in right place, but i would like to continue in Amharic becouse this message maybe significant for others. ጥሩ በመጀመሪያ መቼ እንደጀመረህ ፣ ለምን እንደጀመረ ፣ መቼ እንደሚብስ ... ራስህን ጠይቀው earphone አድርገህ ለስላሳ ሙዝቃ አይሰማህ Walk እያደረክ ማሰብም ትችላለህ ሌላው ደግም ሱስ ወይ ሌላ ነገር እንደለለብህ ቼክ አድርግ ሌምሳሌ የኔ ሁኔታ ውስጥ የነበረ ሰው ትንሽ ነው ብዬ አስባለሁ። ምክንያቱም አስበሀል መጀመርያ የ Porn/masturbation ሱስ ነበረብኝ ያኔ ሀይማኖተኛ ስለነበርኩ በጣም ጭንቀት እና ራስንመጥላት ውስጥ አስገብቶኝ ነበር ድብርተም ያኔ ነበር የጀመረው መሰለኝ። በመቀጠል ደግሞ Maladaptive daydreaming የሚባል ትልቅ ችግር ባይሆንም እኔ እንዳለብኝ አወኩኝ። ያው ካላወከው google አድርገው ትንሽ ጊዜ ለመቀነስ። ከዛን እኝህን ችግሮች ለመፍታት ብዙ መጣር ጀመርኩ በመጀመሪያ የ Pornኑ ጉዳይ እየተውኩ መጣሁ እኔንጃ በቃ በጣም እየቀነስኩ መጣው። ከዛን ራስን በጣም Busy ማድረግ እንዳለብኝ ተረዳሁ ከዛን ማንም የማያስበው ሀሳብ መጣልኝ። ለምን Deeply philosophical ስለ ሆኑ ነገሮች አላጠናም? አልኩኝ ከዛን ጉዞዬ ጀመረ። ፈጣሪ አለ? ፣ ለምን ተፈጠሪን ፣ ሁለንተና ምንድነው ፣ ሰው ምንድንነው ... አይነት ጉዳዮች ላይ ግዜ ማጥፋት ጀመርኩ። ያው አሁን ሀይማኖተኛ ከሆንክ እኚ ነገሮች ተመልሰዋሉ ብለህ ልተወው ትችላለህ። ነገር ግን ልንገርህ አልተመለሱም! ሁሉም ነገር ከሌሎች ጎኖች ማየት ጀምር አእምሮህ በመገረም ከድብርት አይደለም ከብዙ ነገሮች ያወጣሀል የኔን ላጋራህ። በሀይማኖት ማመን ሳቆም Porn ምናምን እንደ ትልቅ ችግር አለማየት ጀመርኩ ከዛን እሱ ራሱ አስጠላኝ ፣ Maladaptive daydreamingን ደግሞ በሜዲተሽን ምናምን በቃ ለሁሉም ነገር ራሰው መላ ማበጀት ጀመርኩ። ለማንኛውም ድብርት ውስጥ ላለ ሰው ሁሉ! 1, ለምን እንደተደበርክ ምናም ለማወቅ መሞከር 2, ትልቅ የሆኑ የፍልስፍና ጉዳዩች ራስን ቢዚ ማድረግ እንድሁም አእምሮህንም ማስገረም። ያው እንዳልኩህ ስለ ሀይማኖት፣ አላማ ፣ የሰው ልጅ .... 3. ሚያስደስቱህን ነገር በክፍለ ግዜ በየቀኑ ማድረግ ሌምሳሌ ጂም / ስፓርት ፣ ሙዝቃ ፣ ከጓደኛ ጋር ግዜ ማሳለፍ ፣ ፊልም ማየት ( የ Porn ልማዴን በዝህ ነው የቀየርኩት) ፣ ሜዲተሽን ዮጋ .. ለማንኛውም እንዳነበብክ አስታውቀኝ ከፈለክ ደግሞ በቴሌግራም ማውራት እንችላለን🖐 ዛሬውኑ ጀምረው!😎

Religion staff lalkew dmo to be honest try to know God personally not as anybody says but as the bible says then u will see his plans for ur life and whatever challenges u know, you'll make a lesson and testimony out of it. Trust me I've been in such position the degree might not be as yours but I know atleast a bit.
