Sleep paralysis bilo yewashal fernj gin setan new esu sewye, dukak yibalal, human subconscious part of brain only opens to editing up until the age of 8 and 30 min before and after tranciding in to sleeping phase, so the devil will use that chance to access that part of the mind to maniuplate your thoght of whats right and wrong, bc you are weak in spiritual (not religion but connection with god) that he has developed and used your own 'geniusity' with your own mind to come up for this plan So pray so he wont use your brain and pray he stay away from yo ass or he gone learn so much more evil things and use it on you or others around, Always pray, its sth i never did but atleast just the night you wan sleep peaceful

This is a jin just recite this O Allah! Lord of the Seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne. Our Lord and the Lord of everything. Splitter of the grain and the date-stone, Revealer of the Torah and the Injeel and the Furqan (the Qur’an), I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything that You shall seize by the forelock. O Allah You are the First and nothing has come before you, and You are the Last, and nothing may come after You. You are the Most High, nothing is above You and You are the Most Near and nothing is nearer than You. Remove our debts from us and enrich us against poverty. And this O Allah, I seek refuge in Your Noble Face, and in Your Perfect Words from the evil of that which You seize by its forelock (all things). O Allah! You are the remover of debt and sin. O Allah! Your armies are not conquered, Your Promise is not broken and the riches of the rich do not avail against You. Perfection, praises and thanks be unto You. And Ayatul kursi it will stop after this

Pray before you sleep. Jesus will save you. Call his name. This used to happen to me but now Jesus has set me free.
