Hey selam it's a question for doctors and experienced ppls here. here is my question yesterday my little brother examined his UGI by endoscopy then the doctors found out that there is sever irregular stenosis(አደገኛ ደረጃ ላይ ያለ የጉሮሮ መጥበብ) on his esophagus at 25cm the examiner can't pass the pipe after the stenosis that's how it get narrower the doctor said it is (Esophageal peptic stricture) they recommend performing Endoscopic dilatation procedure in abroad and i don't think i can afford the cost my question is would u please tell me in which country can i get affordable and better treatment ppl say Bangkok and india is the best option? is Endoscopic dilataion procedure perform here in Ethiopia? what is it's success rate? and what about its complication personally i don't think they will perform it well without a complication here i don't know what to say I'm confused pls help the kid can't even take the pill it stuck in his throat i will accept any kind of help Amharic version of it to reach all my ppl የጉሮሮ መጥበብ ህክምና ያለ አሰጊ የጎንዮሽ ጉዳት ኢትዮጲያ ውስጥ በኦፕሬሽን ማስተካከል ይቻላል ወይ ወይም ደሞ በተመጣጣኝ ክፍያ የት ሀገር ህክምናውን ማግኘት ይቻላል አመሰግናለው ለትብብራቹ #medical #Adult
