Aug 15, 2023I don't think it is the expanding wisdom that steer ur believe in God and creation, it is the weak faith of a person to be blamed for the lack of faith. If a person have a strong faith that person won't yield from his faith even after accumulating huge amount of wisdom or knowledge. So in short it is the level of faithfulness of the person that determine wether the person will lose his faith or not after gaining wisdom and knowledge.
Aug 16, 2023To acquire knowledge you need to be based on evidence. Verifying what is true vs what is imitating truth. Faith requires blindness. It requires you to trust something, even though there is nothing to vouch for them. So for those versed in knowledge, faith is ridiculously irrational.

Aug 16, 2023Faith requires either of two things. Ignorance or strength. Unfortunately many come to their faith ignorant of what it means to believe, and that makes their faith brittle. Knowledge would be like a sledgehammer against that brittle wall of faith. For faith to prevail, one must understand that faith is borderline insanity. One must believe regardless of what is fact or fiction. One must believe with conviction and frevor no matter the irrefutable contradictory evidence provided. That is the type of strength needed to be a believer.
