Hello AAE family, I have a 0.5cm x 0.5cm lesion on the right side of my forehead that was caused by an acne breakout two years ago. How can I remove it? Can I use acne soap to remove it? Do I need a minimally invasive operation? Or is there any medication I should apply topically? Please advise me on how to remove it. Thank you!
