Hey guys I want to pray and read bible... But I'm lazy to do that idk y I start it and stop and I plan to do many thing bande and always I fail, idk y I can't stick w one thing What should I do? Jul 27, 2023First thing you have to understand is you have to make it a PRIORITY to read a Bible, pray and spend time alone with a lord. You can't just watch a movie for hours and expect to pray and read with a zeal. That's what most of us have been told to read a chapter or 2 and sleep it off but The Bible is a book that is not merely for reading, It is a book for studying so that it can be applied to our daily lives. We have to meditate the word of God. One thing that helped to spend more time reading a Bible is referring to commentaries, watching videos( I can share YouTube links for you if you want) especially when you read Paul's epistles. Also prayer is essential to unlock the bible for you through the holy spirit. If you didn't get exited at first don't get discouraged. Continue to read and pray cause at end of the day that's what truly matters. Read it as your life depends on it. May God help you with your journey.
Jul 28, 2023It's because you're incapable of doing things by yourself. What I meant by that is 'we'/humans need help to accomplish smth and this commitment needs help from the spirit and the only way is to surrend. Just ask God to take control of your body & soul, then believe me the spirit will guide you amd help you do the things you can't do by your own.

I had the same problem as you, but i did change my daily routine and started reading chapter 1 of the Bible every day...ohh enem guadegnoche ga mnamn kaderku altseleyem i mean reseche adelem gn lemn guadegnocheh ga aderk at first right😈 am not religous anyway...i just love Jesus so much
