Check the hard drive is intact, if it precedes try using external sata to access your hard disk and get your research file, you will fix the computer later by re installing new op system

Jul 21, 2023There is sth wrong with the hard disk trying to load, as a second option to the answer, try restarting safe mode
the best way to get the file is using linux on thumb drive with live cd option then you can install windows again . download the iso from their respective sites for windows from microsoft and for linux use ubuntu . first download ubuntu iso burn on the thumb drive choose the option try ubuntu . at that moment you will an os running from the thumb drive .look for your file the window section . then proceed for windows installation. that 's it . by the way the disk functional .
Jul 21, 2023step 1.turn off you pc 2.turn it on. as soon as the logo appears press and hold the power button to turn it off 3.do the previous steps 2 or 3 times untill the automatic window repair pops up 4.then go to advanced option>touble shot>advanced option>startup repair
